Many of Feldmann’s works repackage and rethink, often with humour, female paraphernalia. Here, he presents the viewer with a golden high heel shoe, perforated with perilous pins. The pins represent the pain women go through in the service of glamour. It is up to the viewer, however, to look for a possible interpretation of this surrealist toy-like object, a ‘ready-made assisté’.
